In the event that the product arrives damaged, you will be required to submit photo evidence and/or ship the product back to us for inspection. The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have inspected the product, we will decide whether or not a refund will be issued. If successful, a refund can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. You may also be offered a replacement rather than a refund.
